Repeat the pattern starting from the 1st round. After you crochet about 15 rounds, continue crocheting the 5 rounds using a smaller size crochet hook until you crochet the desire length of each sleeve.

For the 60" chest circumference, I would add 2 repeats to each front and shoulder parts and 4 repeats to the back part or made a foundation chain of about 222 chs. To make the neck part not that wide, I would work 2 or more sc rows decreasing chains. Check your gauge before starting the project. Happy crocheting!
