Step 4
Use different sizes hooks to adjust your gauge
Crochet 15th and other rounds like 14th round to about your waist line using a smaller size crochet hook. Then continue crocheting following rounds like 14th round using a larger size crochet hook until you crochet the desired length of the blouse.
Step 5
Finish up the blouse
Double crochet and single crochet last two rounds.
Single crochet around armholes and neckline.
Cut the yarn and secure it.

Hi Joy,
Hi Joy,
This pattern is for the size US S/M. You may find this info right below the very first picture. For the 43 inches bust circumference, I would work one more repeat. You may read my very first comment how to do it. However, it will depend on your gauge. If you use a larger size crochet hook or/and thicker yarn, you can get the right size just following the pattern, but you might want to make your armholes deeper. Happy crochet!

I am an experienced crocheter
I am an experienced crocheter but haven't done a lot of clothing so I could use some advice please. I'm a US plus size 4x or 28w. How would I adjust the starting chain to get the right fit for me? Also, is there a way to adjust to make the bottom flare out instead of being straight to allow it to work better with my pear-shaped body? Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi sweb4us,
Hi sweb4us,
Since it is a top-down crochet technique, I would suggest adding just one repeat to the foundation chain and make your armholes deeper. However, it will depend on your gauge. To save time, check your gauge/tension whether it is about the same as mine or not. Then when you join front and back parts together, use a larger size crochet hook or add more chains to widen the garment from the bottom. Happy crochet!
