How to stop hair loss

For many people a full head of hair is associated with health, attractiveness, and youth. That's why everybody all the time wanted to have lots of healthy, beautiful, and manageable hair. Some people are lucky to have good hair without doing anything. However, others, who are less fortune, should work hard on it in order to get what they want. Unfortunately, not all have time or wish to do for that everything possible. Many people especially men are just ignore their hair loss problems. Even some of those who give it some care and try to prevent going bold processes are not very successful. Therefore, hair loss is a very big problem for many young and older men and women nowadays. Causes of losing hair can differ depending on situation particular to each person. Sometimes only doctors by examining can diagnose what is exactly wrong with you and your hair.

Common reasons of hair loss:

  • Health condition
  • Bad eating habits, not wise selection of food, the way of getting and/or preparing food.
  • Stress at home or work
  • After medical treatment (operation, infection, deliver a child)
  • Hormonal change and aging
  • Tight braids (which is not good for your hair, hairline and scalp) and most of other hair styles
  • Dyeing or perming your hair
  • Using hair drier often
  • Not covering your head in the summer (sun makes your hair dry and weak) or winter time

Remedies how to prevent hair loss do exist but they won't work for everyone the same way. In addition, if a person does want to improve his/her hair growth, he/she should care about hair constantly. Any remedy will not be helpful and do much of a good if you try it just once. Many people notice that relying only on expensive shampoos is naïve because despite their good and promising advertising to restore your hair it is not as effective in most cases as you expect it to be. However, if you will care about your hair on a regular basis and improve your general health condition then this might do the miracle for you. Therefore, in order to have thick and nice looking hair (make your wish come true) the person should eat healthy (varied and balanced food), be active (do some exercises every day), intake vitamins needed, drink lots of water, and live or at least take vacations periodicly to warm climate places. It is important to reduce numbers of your chemical hair treatments per year. It is also recommended to use homemade hair masks before washing your hair with shampoo. There are lots of recipes for those masks and it doesn't really matter which one you chose or use each time different one, more important that you don't stop applying them and do it relatively frequently.

One example of a hair mask:

Ingredients

1 middle size onion

1/4 cup* of milk

1/2 tsp** of honey

1/2 tsp* of olive oil

* 1 cup - 250 milliliters
** 1 tsp - tea spoon (app. 4.9 ml.)

Squeeze onion juice in a bowl and add there milk, honey, and olive oil. Mix all well and apply on your dry hair from roots to tips. Then massage it about 1-2 minutes, cover with a towel and leave it for 15-30 minutes. After that you can wash your hair with your regular shampoo. Do it at least three months in a row in order to see the result.
