For 36", 38", 40", 42", 44", I would make a foundation chains of about 154 chs,162 chs, 170 chs, 178 chs, and 186 chs respectively. Then use 1/4 of chains for each front part and half chs (2/4) for the back part. Happy crochet!

Hi, I want to make this Crochet Girls Cardigan for an 8 year old girl (Size 8 to 10 years). How many skeins of yarn will I need? Also, is there a pattern with how to increase the size, what size crochet hooks to use, and how many stiches for each section?
