Repeat the pattern starting from the row 11. Alternate the 11th and 12th rows until you crochet to about your waistline. Then work the 2 row pattern using a larger size crochet hook to widen the garment until you crochet the desired length of the vest.
Edges
Work 2 sc rows around the body.
For each tie chain 42, and then work sl.sts back.

I'm glad that you liked the top. I suggest you to use 116 chs/20 repeats. Work the second row as for the 6 chs go into each repeat. Happy crochet!
