Hi, I love this pattern. I need a 2X size. Will you please provide the number of chains I should use to begin? Will you please also provide how much yarn I should purchase?
Thank you so very much.

Hi lauraoswalt,

Hi lauraoswalt,
I'm glad that you liked the pattern. For 2x size, I would make a foundation chain of about 145 chs to work 4 more repeats (2 repeats for each front and back parts). I would purchase about 5 balls of yarn for the project. Happy crochet!

Hello and thanks for your

Hello and thanks for your lovely designs. I am a beginner and struggling a bit with this blouse (at the shoulder stage). Are you still active on here? I notice that there's no recent activity - I suspect it's because your son is older now and maybe you've gone back to work? (I've just read that blog entry). :-)
Many thanks in advance if you see this and find time to reply.
