Begin crocheting from the top to bottom.
Make a foundation chain of 52 chs (S,M) and 70 chs (L,XL). One repeat between corners is 6 chains.
Increase
1st row (S,M) – h3rd ch, (dc1, ch1, dc2) into 1ch, ch3, sk2, sc3, ch3, sk2, corner1, ch3, sk2, [sc3, ch3, sk3] x 4, sc3, ch3, sk2, corner1, ch3, sk2, sc3, ch3, sk2, corner1, ch1
1st row (L, XL) – h3rd ch, (dc1, ch1, dc2) into 1ch, ch3, sk2, [sc3, ch3, sk3], sc3, ch3, sk2, corner1, ch3, sk2, [sc3, ch3, sk3] x 5, sc3, ch3, sk2, corner1, ch3, sk2, [sc3, ch3, sk3], sc3, ch3, sk2, corner1, ch1
Turn the work to the wrong side – sl.st.1, sl.st.1 into the corner + ch3 to pick up the height. Turn the work back to the right side.
1st round – dc1 into corner, dc1 into last ch, ch33*(S, M)/ch39*(L,XL), dc1 into 1st ch, (corner1 into corner, flower1 into arch of 3 chs to corner) x 3, dc2 into corner + hdc1 under initial chs
*make 33/39 chs or multiples of 6 chs plus 3 additional chs
2nd round – ch3, dc1 into corner, ch3, sk dcs of prev.round, sc3, [ch3, sk3, sc3] to end of chs, ch3, (corner1 into corner, ch3, [sc3 between picots, ch3] to corner) x 3, dc2 into corner + hdc1 under initial chs
3rd round – ch3, dc1 into corner, [flower1 into arch of 3 chs to corner; corner1 into corner] x 3, flower1 into arch of 3 chs to corner; dc2 into corner + hdc1 under initial chs
4th round - ch3, dc1 into corner, ch3, [sc3 between picots, ch3] to corner; corner1 into corner] x 3, [sc3 between picots, ch3] to corner; dc2 into corner + hdc1 under initial chs
Alternate 3rd and 4th rounds until your front and back parts will be wide enough to your chest circumference.
