Since you plan to use a thinner yarn, I think using a larger size crochet hook might not be enough. I would suggest adding 4 additional repeats. One repeat for each sleeve and one repeat for the front and back parts. So, (28 x 5) + 1 = 141 chs - foundation chain. Happy crochet
