Hi Sana
Hi Sana
Thank you for sharing another beautiful top. As usual I need your help. Three repeats= 3.5 ins, chest: 36 ins, how many chains do I need. I've just finished two of your beautiful tops and will post pictures tomorrow. Happy crochet!
Hi Salma,
Hi Salma,
I would suggest you to make a foundation chain of 225 chs to work 14 repeats. Crochet the 1st row of the back part a little bit differently:
1st row – (ch1, sk1, sl.st.1) x 5, ch1, sk1, sc1, [ch3, sc1 under ch between 7th and 8th dc CL, ch3, trc dec1, ch3, sc1 under ch between 2nd and 3rd dc CL, ch3, sk2, sc1, ch3, sk3, sc1] x 5 + RC3
Under each arm chain 29 to work 3 repeats. Happy crochet!
Hi Sana
Hi Sana
Thanks. I'm so excited to get started on this gorgeous top and will post picture accordingly. Happy crochet!
Hi Salma,
Hi Salma,
While calculating chs for another crocheter, I've noticed that the ending of the 1st row should be different.
1st row – (ch1, sk1, sl.st.1) x 5, ch1, sk1, sc1, [ch3, sc1 under ch between 7th and 8th dc CL, ch3, trc dec1, ch3, sc1 under ch between 2nd and 3rd dc CL, ch3, sk2, sc1, ch3, sk3, sc1] x 4, ch3, sc1 under ch between 7th and 8th dc CL, ch3, trc dec1, ch3, sc1 under ch between 2nd and 3rd dc CL, ch3, sk2, sc1 + RC3 to work 12 repeats of the jasmine st. Happy crochet!
Hi Sana
Hi Sana
Thanks for the notification. Can you please confirm under each arm chain of 29 for 3 repeats remain the same. Happy crochet!
Yes, I've estimated that you
Yes, I've estimated that you need 30 repeats for your size - 12 repeats for each back and front part and 3 repeats under each arm.
Hi Sana, It's me again. Can
Hi Sana, It's me again. Can you please tell me what is the measurement starting from row 1(back part) till the joining part. Thanks. Happy crochet!
Hi Salma,
Hi Salma,
You've written me in your previous post that your gauge is 3 repeats = 3.5" (jasmine st). Your 1st row should be slightly narrower, and your gauge starting from the 3rd row (jasmine st) should be about 12 repeats = 14". I do not know your row height. You may work as many rows as necessary before joining the back and front parts together. Happy crochet!
