1st row - knit (k)all stitches to end
2nd row - skip 1 st., purl 1, [yarn round needle (yrn)*, purl two together (p2tog), p2] repeat to end.
3rd row - knit 14.
4th row - skip 1, p3, [yrn, p2tog, p2] repeat to last 2sts, yrn, p2tog.
Repeat rows 1 – 4.
* you need to make yarn round needle before a purl stitch in order to make one extra stitch to keep the same number of overall stitches regardless of knitting some stitches together.
