Step 1
First, clean mushrooms with water and separate caps from stalks. Place caps into the baking tray and depending on a taste put salt inside each mushroom.

Salted and stuffed with sour cream mushrooms are ready for baking.

After cap is salted and stuffed with a sour cream optionally you can put stalk back into the cap and bake it as a whole mushroom.

Put the baking pan with stuffed with sour cream mushrooms into preheated to 370° F oven. Baking time is normally forty minutes.
Step 7
In 40 min cooked mushrooms are ready and should be taken out from the oven.
Step 8
Baked mushrooms can be served with mashed potato or rice.
