Make a foundation chain of 117 chains or multiple of 6 chains plus 9 additional chains.
1st row - insert a hook into the 4th chain from the hook, dc2, ch1, sk1, [dc5, ch1, sk1] to last 3chs; dc3 + RC1

2nd row - insert a hook into the 2nd chain from the hook, sc3, ch1, sk1, [sc5, ch1, sk1] to last 3 chs; sc3 + RC2

3rd row - insert a hook into the 4th chain from the hook, dc2, ch1, sk1, [fp dtrc 1, dc3, fp trdc 1, ch1, sk1] to last 3 chs; dc3 + RC1
Repeat the pattern starting from the 2nd row until your crochet the desired length of the blanket.

Borders
Finish your last row as your second row, then single crochet other three sides also.
1st round - [ch1, sk2, [(unfinished trc1 + hdc1), ch2] x 2, (unfinished trc1 + hdc1), ch1, sk2, sl.st.1] to end

dc – double crochet
fp dtrc – front post double triple crochet – work unfinished dc (draw the yarn through the first two loops on your hook) and unfinished front post trc (pull the yarn through the first two loops on your hook twice) under a middle dc of a round before previous round. When you have 3 loops on the hook, draw the yarn through all 3 loops.
fp trdc – front post triple double crochet – work unfinished trc under a middle dc of a round before previous round and unfinished dc. Then pull the yarn through 3 remaining loops on your hook.
h#ch – insert a hook into the number chain from the hook
RC – returning chain
sk – skip a base chain
sl.st. – slip stitch
