Ingredients for sauce:1 carrot1 tomato2 tablespoons of ketchup½ teaspoon of salt½ teaspoon of sugar
Preparation: - Clean the mushrooms and remove carefully mushroom stems from caps the way you won’t damage any cap. Prepare the sauce Grate into the glass baking pan a carrot and tomato. Add there ketchup, salt, and pepper. You may add some water as well. Blend the sauce ingredients very well.
Stuffing mushroomsTake one cleaned mushroom cap, salt it, fill with the filling and place into the glass baking pan with the sauce.
Fill up baking panContinue until you fill the entire glass baking pan with mushrooms. After you finish working with the meat, it is necessary to wash everything well that the pork meat touched.Preheat the oven to 375 degree Fahrenheit and place there the mushrooms for about 30 minutes.
