Hi Waas,

Hi Waas,
I'm glad that you like the blouse and plan to make one. Happy crochet!

Hi fenhooks,

Hi fenhooks,
It depends on many factors like how wide or long you plan to crochet your sleeves.

Hi sana thankyou for your

Hi sana thankyou for your reply,
i think a half sleeve would be fine as my mother just likes the top half of her arms to be covered,as for how wide i am unsure. would it work well if i attached the yarn to the arm hole and began a sleeve from there using the stitches already available but maybe add some decreases under the armpit area.?

Hi fenhooks,

Hi fenhooks,
I would suggest to wrap the bottom part of the blouse around her upper arm to estimate how many repeats to work for each sleeve. If that is not possible, then at least fold it in half to make a better estimate for that matter. You may attach the yarn to the armhole and decrease one trc inc every round. Happy crochet!

hi sana,

hi sana,
thanks for that suggestion i will use that method to work out the repeats needed,i will post a pic of the finished top when i have completed it... i also made my mum your crochet shrug which she looooves wearing, there are quite a few of your tops she wants me to make for her after this one... i especially like how you give the multiples needed to size your patterns up or down making it so much easier to customise each garment, thank you again.
