Step-by-step crochet instructions
Step 1
First flower - white
Make a foundation chain of 7 chain stitches. Insert a hook into the very first chain and work one slip stitch to make a ring.
Step 2
1st round – [ch4, sl.st.1] to end
You should create 6 petals
2nd round – [dc4, sl.st.1] to end
Step 3
Work sl.st.1 down to the initial foundation chain and create 6 new petals above each existing petal.
1st round – [ch5, sl.st.1] to end
2nd round – [dc5, sl.st.1] to end
Cut the yarn and secure it.
Step 4
Second flower - orange
Using a different color yarn, make a foundation chain of 5 ch.sts and make a ring working the sl.st.1 in the very 1st ch.
1st round – ch3, dc6 in the center of the ring plus sl.st.1 in the 3rd ch. after the starting point.
2nd round – [ch2 and sc1 in the 1st ch of the 2chs, sl.st.1] to end
Cut the yarn and secure it
Step 5
Attach the second flower with the first one.
